At EADEM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all tags and documentation provided in the initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
